Worstest packers and movers ever ,I have given load on 2nd Oct 2024 till now my goods has not yet dispatched from their warehouse . It is still there in gurgaon. When I called to the concerned person he says that your goods has been dispatched when I called the driver he said RMS has not paid the amount for move . I have reached to my location in patna and residing in hotel , my expenses has also been increasing, they are totally irresponsible packers and movers , I don’t know when I will get my goods. The no what he had mentioned on their website and when we called to that no it’s been switched off they have given any tracking I’d also. Don’t go for RMS packers and movers

The staff is courteous and helpful. They understood the requirements and excellent assistance was provided both during packing and then unloading in new place.

They are better than all the big players in this sector. The packing, loading and unloading was amazing. Their teams are very cooperative, they will go to the extent to do things according to the customer. The charges are very nominal.

Overall it was a very good experience.
